I understand vividly that there can be no racial justice without healing.  Art is a pathway not only to envisioning the world we need but also to heal from the world we live in as we build the world we want.  I’m devoted to using art to help people understand themselves and each other in profound ways that I know encourages healing, develops agency, and deconstructs systems of oppression.

The Fields at Rootsprings

is stewarding liberating space for BIPOC artists, activists, healers, and community centering LGBTQ+ folx. As a retreat center we envision nurturing artistic and spiritual development steeped in revolutionary principles. We are guided by relationship building between people and the land for healing.

REP: Relationships Evolving Possibilities

is a network of dedicated abolitionists showing up to support others in moments of crisis or urgency, with care and respect for the full dignity and autonomy of the people in crisis.

is a global vision and movement that believes in the role of ART in the campaign to dismantle oppressive racist systems against Black, Brown, Indigenous and disenfranchised PEOPLES.
